KINGS RESTAURANTS LLP (PIND BATHINDA) - Terms And Conditions



DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

A. Delivery orders are accepted if the following criteria are met:

1. The customer's delivery location falls within the permitted delivery zone of the designated Pind Bathinda outlet.
2. The delivery address being mapped to the nearest outlet that delivers in the customer's delivery location.
3. Online availability of the outlet to accept and process the order.
4. In the event, the customer's delivery location is not listed within the permitted delivery zone of the outlet, the order cannot be placed. However, you may choose to pick up your order from the nearest Pind Bathinda outlet.

B. Delivery Charges:

1. Delivery charges* shall be applicable to all orders.
2. The delivery charge will be applicable on per invoice/bill in case of multiple orders.
3. Delivery charges are inclusive of taxes.
4. Delivery of orders shall be subject to availability of stock.
5. Delivery charges may vary as per the order value and delivery location.
6. Kings Restaurants LLP reserves the right to modify the Delivery Charges without prior notice.

*Delivery Charges shall not be charged on any order till 31st December, 2025.

Delivery Time Period:

1. Delivery period quoted at the time of ordering are approximate 30 Minutes. Food will be delivered to the address as intimated by you while ordering.
2. Pind Bathinda will make every effort to deliver within the time stated; however, Pind Bathinda will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the Food is not delivered within the estimated delivery time quoted, User may contact Pind Bathinda on registered call center no. 8855-02-7455 and email id reachus@pindbathinda.in and Pind Bathinda will try to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as reasonably possible.
3. In case of a late delivery, the delivery charge will neither be voided nor refunded by Pind Bathinda.
4. If you fail to accept delivery of Food at the time they are ready for delivery or Pind Bathinda is unable to deliver at the nominated time due to your failure to provide appropriate instructions or authorizations, then the Food shall be deemed to have been delivered to you and all risk and responsibility in relation to such Food shall pass to you. Any storage, insurance and other costs which Pind Bathinda incur as a result of the inability to deliver shall be your responsibility and you shall indemnify Pind Bathinda in full for such cost.
5. You must ensure that at the time of delivery of Food adequate arrangements, including access where necessary, are in place for the safe delivery of the Food. Pind Bathinda cannot be held liable for any damage, cost or expense incurred to such Food as a result of a failure to provide adequate access or arrangements for delivery.

D. Late Night Delivery:

1. Late night delivery is applicable in the selected restaurants of Pind Bathinda, subject to the local laws and availability of stocks/ riders in the restaurants.
2. Delivery Charges* shall be applicable to all delivery orders.
3. Delivery Charges will be applicable on per invoice/bill in case of multiple delivery orders.
4. Delivery of orders shall be as per the available stock.
5. Late Night Delivery ordering is applicable on orders received between 11:00 PM to 1:00 AM only.
6. Late night orders can be placed through Pind Bathinda Website.
7. Advance ordering is not allowed under Late night delivery ordering. Takeaway is allowed. Dine-in is not allowed under Late night delivery ordering.
8. Kings Restaurants LLP reserves the right to modify the Late night delivery terms & conditions (including charges) and the same will be communicated to the customer at the checkout page while placing the order.

*Late Night Delivery Charges shall not be charged on any order till 31st December, 2025.

E. Others

We reserve the right to reject the Delivery of order or to cancel the same once it is accepted:

1. In case of customer ordering through Pind Bathinda Website and we are unable to contact the customer due to any reason whatsoever on the mobile / Email Id of the customer as provided by the customer at the time of placing the order; or
2. In case of non-receipt of payment in full or in part in any previous order or the current order; or
3. In case of abuse to any employee/ representative /riders of Pind Bathinda in any previous incident; or
4. If there is a trend of order cancellations; or
5. If there is a trend of frequent frivolous complaints and consequent replacements; or
6. If customer has provided wrong, inaccurate, incomplete or incorrect address; or
7. If customer’s address is not falling in defined delivery area of the nearest or any other restaurant or beyond the delivery area; or
8. In view of difficult operating conditions for Delivery like heavy traffic or bad weather condition or New Year’s Eve, during festivals like Holi, Ganesh Chaturthi, Christmas, Diwali and Navratri, etc., or in instances of political rallies, processions etc., or force majeure events.; or
9. We reserve the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, without limitations, conditions and/or qualifications, and without need of prior notification, to limit, change, modify or cancel any order, and/or to refuse any service to any customer for any reason attributable to circumstances and conditions beyond Our control, which would render order fulfilment impossible or delay the fulfilment of its obligations; or in any other event at Our sole discretion, without the need to assign any reason or explanation.


MENU


1. The menu is displayed as per the availability of the menu items in the selected outlet.
2. In case certain items from the menu are not listed, the particular outlet does not carry those items on their menu.
3. In case of non-availability of ordered menu items at the selected outlet, the order will not be executed and will be duly informed to the customer.


MODIFY/CANCEL THE ONLINE ORDER


1. As a general rule you shall not be entitled to cancel Order once placed. However, you may choose to cancel Order only within two-minute (i.e. 120 seconds) of the Order being placed.
2. Orders once placed cannot be modified either online or by the call centre.
3. If the customer wishes to check on the progress of the order, they may do so by calling the outlet directly.
4. In the event an order which is paid via credit card is cancelled due to non-availability of the ordered product, the amount will be reversed back to the customer. The transaction will reflect in the next month statement.


PRICES AND PAYMENT


1. All prices listed on the Pind Bathinda Website for Food and Beverages are correct at the time of publication. While Pind Bathinda takes great care to keep them up to date, the final price charged to you may change at the time of delivery, based on the latest menu and prices. Pind Bathinda reserves the right to alter the menu of Food available for sale and to delete and remove from listing the menu of Food and Food Delivery options, if any.
2. User agrees that in case of change in price, Pind Bathinda or its employees will not be liable to him/her in any manner.
3. The total price for Food and Food Delivery including all other charges, taxes, costs, if any, will be displayed on the Pind Bathinda and/or Website when you place your order. Full payment must be made for all the particulars mentioned in the order.
4. If you choose online payment, you shall ensure that online payment mode is secured, your debit/credit card details will be encrypted to prevent the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the internet. Your credit card company may also conduct necessary security checks to confirm about your identification before making any such payment.
5. Cash on delivery option is only available for the minimum order amounting to Rs. 600/- (Rupees Six hundred only). Further, Cash on Delivery may be available for certain areas and the LLP solely reserves the right withdraw or block or limit your purchases using cash on Delivery at any time.


REFUND POLICY


1. Refund will be credited to the customer in case of any cancellations within 8-10 business days.
2. The refund amount will be returned to the actual source account from which payment is made.
3. Further, Kings Restaurants LLP is not responsible for any delay on the bank’s side or on third party payment gateway’s side.
4. In case if payment is debited but order is not placed, you can log a complaint at call center by dialing at 8855-02-7455 or the registered email id reachus@pindbathinda.in Once acknowledged, the amount will be refunded within 8-10 business days or next credit cycle, if paid via credit card.
5. The decision of Kings Restaurants LLP on refunds shall be final and binding.


CONVENIENCE FEE


1. This is a nominal fee added for the providing best in class experience while using our online ordering service.
2. This fee is applicable on all online orders.
3. This fee may vary for different outlet.

* Convenience Fee shall not be charged on any order till 31st December, 2025.


CARRY BAG CHARGES


1. Carry Bags are provided on chargeable basis.
2. Carry Bags are available on request at all Pind Bathinda's Restaurants and can also be selected from Pind Bathinda 's /website while placing an order at the Cart Page.
3. If carry bag is selected while placing order through Pind Bathinda 's, only one Carry Bag will be added to the cart. However, if a customer wishes to get more carry bags, the same can be done by paying an additional amount to the restaurant.


BULK ORDER


1. We may offer bulk ordering and group ordering for events, special occasions and gatherings.
2. You can enquire about delivery of bulk orders for events, special occasions and gathering by dialling on call centre 8855-02-7455
3. All the terms and conditions related to bulk order and group order will be different and may be communicated to customer at the time of order.


QUALITY AND ASSURANCES


1. The LLP commits to sourcing only high-quality ingredients, including fresh vegetables, meats, cheeses, and sauces.
2. The LLP ensures that all food preparation processes adhere to strict hygiene standards and food safety regulations.
3. Staff members are trained in proper food handling, cooking techniques, and sanitation procedures.
4. Kitchen facilities are regularly inspected and maintained to ensure cleanliness and safety.
5. Each pizza is inspected before delivery to ensure it meets quality standards.
6. Customers may have the option to customize their pizzas with various toppings and ingredients.
7. Pizzas are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
8. The LLP welcomes customer feedback and takes complaints seriously.
9. Procedures are in place for customers to report any issues with their orders by contacting the Call Centre.
10. Complaints are promptly investigated, and appropriate actions are taken to address any quality concerns.
11. The LLP is committed to continuous improvement in its operations and quality standards.
12. Feedback from customers, employees, and other stakeholders is used to identify areas for improvement.
13. Cross contamination risks- The LLP acknowledges that despite efforts to prevent cross-contamination, it may occur in the kitchen environment.

- Procedures are in place to minimize cross-contact between allergenic and non-allergenic ingredients, such as separate storage, preparation areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Customers with severe allergies are encouraged to inform the LLP when placing their orders to take additional precautions.


OTHERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. The customer is responsible to ensure that they are fully aware of all terms and conditions when making a purchase on www.pindbathinda.in
2. Kings Restaurants LLP reserves the right to change/modify these terms and conditions at their own discretion.
3. The images shown are for representative purposes only and the actual product may vary in size, colour, etc.
4. Kings Restaurants LLP reserves the right to change any part or piece of information on this website without any notice to customers or visitors.
5. Kings Restaurants LLP reserves the right to accept or reject any offer without any prior notice.
6. Kings Restaurants LLP reserves the right to alter/withdraw/extend any offer /promotion at any time without any prior notice or assigning any reason whatsoever
7. It is clarified that, by placing an order/s through any channels for availing of Pind Bathinda, a customer unconditionally and fully accepts all above terms and conditions, read with the Privacy Policy and other covenants of the Terms and Conditions provided herein on the Site.
8. The decision of Kings Restaurants LLP, in case of any dispute or interpretation of any term, shall be final.
9. All disputes are subject to Pune jurisdiction only.
